Watch the first look at the new She-Hulk villains

Marvel debuted a new version She-Hulk: Attorney at Law TV Trailer This week, among other things, we’ll see four Marvel villains who haven’t yet adapted to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While we see them alongside Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky, we think you’ll agree that they don’t really rank in the weight class in Abomination. You can judge for yourself at the place below. The bad guys in question appear in about 7 seconds.

As you can see at once, it’s not clear if She-Hulk will actually fight these super villains or not… sharing her feelings with them? The four characters appear in a scene that appears to be some sort of self-help or group therapy session led by Tim Roth’s Emile Blonsky. Behind the evil Hulk you can see a banner with his image, and above it the words “Take your true power.” We don’t know who’s playing who yet, but for invested Marvel Comics fans, it should be easy to name at least two other villains. Snaps from the new scene confirm the appearances of El Aguila, The Porcupine, Man-Bull and Saracen. You can see a group shot below, followed by individual shots.

While you might be thinking Marvel scrapes the bottom of the barrel here with a D-list or Z-list entry, or – does the alphabet have downsides? Well, no matter which list these villains belong on, they are par for the course when it comes to She-Hulk stories. A number of volumes of her comics are filled with Marvel’s most ridiculous and obscure heroes and villains to give it a humorous flavor. Theories that the character seen in the first trailer was Frog-Man align with the theme.

Speaking of Frog-Man, assuming it was him in the beginning Strong woman Trailer, he and at least two other villains in this new location could have something to do with Charlie Cox’s appearance in the series as Daredevil. At least two of the villains in the patch – El Aguila and Man-Bull – are closely related to Daredevil in the comics, as is Frog-Man. In fact, most of the villains are associated with the heroes of Marvel’s Netflix; Daredevil El Aguila partners with Power Man (also known as Luke Cage), Iron Fist, and Saracen is a punishing villain.

The abnormal is Porcupine, and his appearance confirms a rumor that emerged in May about superillain’s involvement in Strong woman. Introduced in the 1960s as a bad guy from Ant-Man and the Wasp, the original Porcupine died fighting the Serpent Society in 1986. captain America #315. In fact, a later version became a good guy for a while.

The stain raises the question of exactly what we’re looking at. Elsewhere and trailers for Strong woman We’ve seen Emile Blonsky imprisoned with hints that the titular hero would serve as his attorney. Since he’s free in place, does the scene happen after Shulki pulls him off the hook, or is it possible that Blonsky has escaped since the events of 2008 Incredible HulkAnd the group therapy scene happened before the She-Hulk recaptured him? We can learn when She-Hulk: Attorney at Law Premieres on Disney+ on Thursday, August 18.
